INTRO

 

Hey what's up everyone?

 

My name is Ryan Longley and I am just an ambitious kid with a lot of big dreams, plans, and a lot of passion behind what I do...primarily with cannabis.

 

On a personal level, I love to make people laugh all the time and I like to treat people the way that anyone should be treated. Each day I live for comedy, music, and an overall positive lifestyle.

 

My favorite quote of all-time that I have embraced throughout my life is the following: "And in the end, the love you take is equal to the love you make." - The Beatles. Basically, you get what you give. 

 

I know the average attention span of people nowadays is very short, so I'll try to keep it straight to the point. But just to be fair, I'm notorious for going overboard with details, so bare with me if you’re interested as to who I really am. I’m just that passionate with what I do.

 

Or just stop reading now. I doubt anyone will keep reading anyway...

 

WHO AM I?

 

I'm a 26-year-old (EDIT: I just updated this after 4 years of not touching the site...damn I'm getting old) outgoing college graduate who majored in graphic design & media arts with triple minors in advertising, communications, and social media marketing.

 

I am extremely passionate about anything regarding branding and I am a huge advocate for simplicity and aestheticism in nearly everything I do.

 

Along with my passion and knowledge for branding and effective branding initiatives, I have a much larger passion and ambition that ties everything together.

 

As you could have probably guessed, it has to do with cannabis.

 

CANNAMBITIONS

 

For over 5+ years now, I have been a huge researcher, advocate and dreamer for anything regarding cannabis.

 

Everyone has assumed I am a "stoner" because of it over the past decade that I've been involved with advocacy, but when I am able to explain my ambitions and viewpoints with others, they see that I am not exactly who they initially perceived, my viewpoints are extremely reasonable, and my ambitions are laid out concisely. Everything has to have a plan.

I'll spare you the paragraphs of writing (for now).

 

THAT'S ME

 

So, to sum it up: I have a lot of dreams I am going after and won't stop because they feel so real and attainable to me. 

 

I want to try to make a difference within people's lives whether it is eventually through comedy,, maybe change their perspectives (respectfully) for certain issues such as cannabis, or to make a difference within the cannabis industry in general. I just want to be something.

 

If you really read all of that, you're seriously awesome. I appreciate it a lot!

 

I hope 2019 (Edited) is the start of many good things to come in everyone's lives.

Update August 2019: After 3+ years of coming back to this site without ever touching it (certain reasons disallowed me to)...I'm very happy with what I have achieved to date within the cannabis space with building certain brands. However, I have stumbled along the way with juggling too many things at once that could often times be conflicting with being behind the scenes with work for brands vs. being in front of the spotlight and doing my own thing.

I apologize to those who have followed me and had been wondering where the hell I have been for all of these years after I had promised to be making more content. I truly had intended to do so (and still do). There had been so many plans that unfortunately I have been unable to execute like I had wanted. There were/are a lot of complicated factors of why this is that I won't get into just yet.

Regardless, I do hope to be back soon. I hope I can find my way to making people laugh, be entertained, or educated once again in the very near future. It's what truly gives me the upmost satisfaction. Knowing you made someone laugh, smile, or feel good is a priceless thing in life, and I thank those who have always supported me. I am sorry for being unresponsive throughout these tough times, but I hope to make it up to you soon. Life is all about balance, and I've just needed time to figure out the right formula. Timing is everything. Is that too cheesy? Yea...that's definitely too cheesy. So much for a good ending to this whole thing...but I'll see you all soon.
